《Fratelli Home Helps Hotel Hillock In India Build A Colonial Art Hotel》

Release Time : 2022-01-22

Fratelli Home Furnishing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. announced today that it has completed the delivery of the overall home furnishing project for Hotel Hillock in India. The project took 10 months and included 327 customized products, including lobby crystal chandeliers, vintage brass stair railings, French carved dining tables and guest room decorative mirrors. It successfully combined the architectural aesthetics of French Indochina in the 19th century with the functions of modern resort hotels, becoming a benchmark case for the company in the South Asian market.

【Design philosophy of cultural integration】

The design team extracted elements such as arcades and palm leaf patterns from local colonial buildings, and used Fratelli's patented "two-color gilded casting technology" to present a symbiotic relief of peacocks and irises on the stair railings. The crystal chandeliers hanging in the 8-meter-high space of the main hall adopt a modular assembly design, which not only restores the complex beauty of the lamps of the Palace of Versailles, but also meets the special requirements of the metal expansion coefficient in the high temperature environment of India.

【New breakthrough in digital manufacturing】

In order to cope with the strict delivery standards of overseas projects, Fratelli launched the "intelligent remote monitoring system" to generate a point cloud model of the hotel space through 3D scanning, realizing millimeter-level data synchronization between the Chinese factory and the Indian site. Relying on the German Homag automated production line, the 40-person production team completed the entire process from raw material processing to sea freight packaging within 26 weeks, which is 35% shorter than the traditional cross-border project cycle.

This cooperation marks the substantial implementation of Fratelli's "Oriental Craftsmanship, Global Delivery" strategy. As the Mumbai showroom enters the preparation stage, the company will continue to deepen its layout in the high-end hotel market in Asia Pacific and promote innovative dialogues between French home aesthetics and local culture.
